I decided to weigh myself this morning instead of tomorrow morning. We are going out tonight and will be eating later than usual, so I didn't want this to affect the reading on the scales. LOL
So basically a 1.3kg loss this week. Not too bad considering I haven't been overly strict with my eating. I'm still having butter on my toast, so will have to wean myself off that I think.
I will probably jump on the scales in the morning regardless and if I am lighter than today, take that as my official weight for the week. ;)
