After a late night (into bed at about 1:30am), I am feeling a bit sluggish today.
Had a great night out last night. I had lemon pepper barramundi with salad & chips. The chips were a smallish sized portion and quite thick cut, so I ate them. I also would have had about 5 glasses of water while there.
Forced myself to do my Wii exercise, and I'm glad I have done it. It's out of the way for today anyway. Now just to force myself to fold the washing. Ugh!
I may just have a few rum & diet cokes tonight as well I think. ;)
Exercise for today: 25 minutes of Wii exercise (EA Sports Active).
