Yes I've Been Slack

Oh dear 2 weeks and no updates from me. Which would be because I have been feeling so unmotivated and consequently have not been eating right and exercising has been a real chore.

I haven't really deviated too much from my eating plan, but portion size at dinner has been a problem. Also having a few drinks on the weekends has thrown me off course.

I think I said this once before, but I should probably change my weigh in day to a Monday, that way making me more accountable for what goes in my mouth over the weekend. And I think it will stop that, "oh I had a good loss, I can treat myself" mentality.

I didn't bother to weigh in last week as AF was due and I knew that the scales would be up, so figured why torture myself? LOL

So this week I have been a litle better with exercise. I have walked on the treadmill nearly every day this week, (sorry have lost track of when I walked, but know I definitely did for the past 3 days).

I also need to up my water intake and start having salads again for lunch.

So back on track and here's to a good weekend! :D

No exercise this week

Even with no exercise this week I've managed to lose 1.2kg!! I am so happy with that. Probably more due to me not losing last week as well I think.

This week I have been feeling pretty crappy with the start of a chest infection. So I've laid off the exercise except for Monday where I did about half an hour on the Wii.

My goal now is to not go silly over the weekend and maintain that weight loss.

No Change

No change this week. Probably expected seeing as I was working off last weekends blowout.

Today is our 17th wedding anniversary. DH surprised me with movie tickets so my parents will babysit tonight while we go out for dinner & a movie. :)

It's still raining here. I'm officially over it. There always seems to be a pile of laundry to be done and buckets of clothes soaking all over the place.


Exercise:

Thursday - Wii Sports Active Workout - 25 minutes
Friday - Nothing


Now to work up the energy to get on the treadmill this morning. I will do it!!

It's Raining, It's Pouring .....

and has been for days now. Thank goodness for my trusty treadmill. Rain, hail or shine it can be used. To be honest, it's had more use these past 7 weeks than it has had in the last year. :/

I've been better with my eating this week. Though with the cooler weather I was craving something warm for lunch on Monday, so I had a Healthy Choice Lasagne, cut it in half and had half each day with a big salad.

Tonight we are having fettucine marinara minus the garlic bread. ;)

Exercise for this week:

Monday - 1 hour on treadmill at 4.5 km/hr
Tuesday - half hour on treadmill at 5km/hr
Wednesday - half hour on treadmill at 5km/hr

New Start

After a pretty shocking weekend of off track eating and no exercise, I need to get back into it.

So, back to lots of water throughout the day, fruit for snacks, and I need to plan meals a bit better over the weekends. Also I will aim for an hours exercise each day this week.

I had a few too many drinks over the course of the weekend and even though I didn't go to DH's Aunt's 60th birthday celebrations due to DS12 having football, I couldn't resist some of the leftovers that DH bought home. They were pretty much deep fried cocktail type foods so not the best thing to have.

Okay, sitting here isn't getting anything done. Off to vacuum & mop then jump on the treadmill. Hopefully there's something interesting on tv to watch while I walk. I got right into the winter olympics and found the time would fly while I was walking. LOL
